The was very wrinkles and it was literally balled up...Not very impressed with how it was packaged. Now I have to possibly see about "paying" to see if it can be dry cleaned and/or pressed...Can contacted seller regarding this issue. We don't do dry cleaning or wash items as they are brand new and we only sell new items. You would need to put it in the dryer. We do not wash anything sold new.
