Your "Activation Code" is on the "Inspection Card" within box. I didn't know this and had to reach out to customer service, who responded amazingly quickly. They were VERY helpful and ready to resolve issue. Fortunately, I still had box. GREAT company and VERY well made unit, which has all of the functionality advertised (You WILL need to update it before use). You won't regret it!

So far I have used it in the shop for over a week now, and I have no complaints. Packaged very well, arrived in perfect condition. "Great customer service". We had a prpblem with shipping of first order, contacted customer service. They advised making a claim. Refunded my money, I reordered and got the product I ordered.
