The only downside is that it doesn't swivel, but for the price, that wasn't a dealbreaker. I added nuts to the backside of the screws to eliminate them backing out, although some locktite would have worked as well.

That is vital information that the seller needs to know WHEN the item is shipped. I informed the seller about the situation, and they promptly sent out another package. Excellent customer service.
