They said it was new, which is great but neither you or the seller have heard it work. UPS definitely tore the box up, but it's surrounded with Styrofoam and it was perfect . Great seller, and honest. No worries 👍

This phone, however, while in excellent condition, is a used phone, so should have been listed in excellent—but used—condition. I would buy from this seller again, if needed.
