    Low Carb Food That Tastes Delicious!

    Finally a great cookbook of healthy low carb recipes that are easy to prepare and to cook and that taste amazing. I never knew there were so many great tasting alternatives that are so satisfying. The cravings for all of the bad junk food have disappeared! The best perk is being more aware and mindful about food choices and realizing " you are what you eat". I've lost 30 pounds in 90 days, have dropped 4 dress sizes and have incredible energy. At 63 years old I'm adding more to my bucket list and enjoying new adventures!

    The Complete Low-Carb Cookbook by George Stella

    If you are told by your doctor to go on Atkins or any other low carb diet this is an excellent cookbook to help you along your way. It saves all that fumbling around trying to learn to cook a new way. I wish I would have found this book at the beginning of my journey instead of a year after. I love his cookbooks & the encouragement that he provides along with his recipes. It simplifies my shopping & meal planning. I highly recommend this book.

    Like this book a lot

    The cookbook arrived in good condition, Content is very interesting and easy to prepare once you purchase the ingredients. Some of the recipes call for items i don't usually stock but a willing to purchase in order to succeed with this plan.
