After I looked at the listing and asked to confirm the game's region, I was given an answer in ~1/2 a day. They even apologized for the wait. The seller promptly made a fantastic offer with minimal shipping cost, which I took. I actually didn't see that it was listed as cartridge only, but after I messaged the seller expecting to have been deceived, I learned the case was included too at no extra cost and they messaged me right away!

The package also came with a thoughtful message and candy.
