I ordered a replacement mirror cover for my van having hit a fallen tree with mine and destroyed it 🤷♂️. The replacement arrived very quickly but when I unwrapped the excellent packaging I noticed the item was split which was only noticeable when applying pressure to it so easy to not notice when dispatching. I sent an email to the seller explaining the issue and received a reassuring reply almost immediately and a replacement arrived the following day.
