When she was prepping it for shipping, she noticed the edge of one of the bowls was chipped. She immediately refunded me the cost of the bowl and shipping for one bowl (even though I bought five) and let me know the issue. Communication was fast and clear. She was professional and generous (she sent the fifth bowl for me to do as I wished.) Be confident that even if there are problems with your order, she will take care of you!
