Finally 2 of 4 parts received, to test unit. Water was flowing out of pump head. Seller said I broke the unit while waiting for parts, which was another crazy situation. I filed complaint with eBay, credit card company etc.. very dishonest seller, his problems were all mine, that I cause the damage. Very rude! Business name fits - THRIFTYMSMom for sure -

They finally relented and sent me a return authorization. When I returned the earbud, they opened a case that I'd send the the wrong item THEN argued that I'd returned it too late even though it arrived a week before the 10/3 deadline. This vendor is dishonest, avoid them.
