REALLY? He also mentioned that as soon as the USPS is back up, I’m welcome to re-bid on the item (that I had already purchased). I’ve attached the screenshot of our conversation. Would think that this would violate the EBay Buyer/Seller’s agreement but apparently as long as he refunds the buyer, he’s OK.
