  Seller was awesome to work with. Ran into a snafu with the first phone not wanting to stay online with a physical or e-SIM, but they worked with me to address the issue. Communication through the whole process was great! After returning the initial phone, a replacement was offered and the replacement has worked flawlessly since arrival. Phone was a great deal and matched exactly what was shared. If you did run into a problem with an item, they were quick to address and correct it. Thank you!!
