The seller shipped it to an entirely different state, and then reshipped the item instead of just giving me a refund initially. After one month the generic part came in. When I complained about it not being a Mazda part, the seller gave me a full refund. Tracked info after was in Chinese which I have no idea understanding. Package delivered to door yesterday am . Not well packaged for retail, No Fitting instructions, Items very be hard plastic,no flexibility, Front Flaps fitted OK , Backs NOT a B hope in Hell , Wrong Contours ??
