The merchant was very good because they always (and promptly) returned my correspondence. Since the package was lost there wasn't much information that could be shared with me. Here's how I got the 4 star rating. 1 - shipped the product with 3 days as advertised 2 - notified me that the package was transferred to the shipping company 3 - kept me up-to-date as much a possible in tracking down the lost package 4 - Good company dealing with bad shipping.
- l***e (1664)- Évaluation laissée par l'acheteur.Six derniers moisAchat vérifiéthese guys sell really good quality stuff ! this is the second time ive got something from them , and both times they have sold me top grade engineering at good prices and in a very professional way . their communication is thorough and comprehensive , and i WILL be shopping here again . i will say this , dont expect lightning fast shipping though , cos i think the whole brexit thing may have slowed that down with beurocracy and red tape !
