I contacted the seller, explained the situation, and they agreed to send a replacement watch. The replacement arrived today, and paired with the app without any bother. It's working fine, and I'm happy with it. I would recommend this seller on the basis of how they responded to the situation.

The product name had one letter difference so this can happen. When contacting the retailer, they send me the right product the same day. Accidents can happen, mistakes too. It comes to this: how do you solve it when something did not went good. They solved it right away, so this is very good. Waiting for the product to arrive.
