The seller also double boxed the item utilising a bigger differrent cosmetic box in order to protect the original box which was thoughtful but nearly fooled me into opening a 'wrong item sent' return! Perhaps a little note to say 'purchased item inside' would save confusion. However no complaints at all as item is just as described, in good condition and nicely priced to sell. Highly recommended.Thank you.

I contacted the seller who immediately posted another pair which arrived safely. I offered to help Shahay, by writing a statement confirming non receit, so that she could contact Royal Mail but this was declined. I am very impressed with this service as it is real customer service. I have no hesitation in recommending her and would buy again.
