She arrived professionally sealed in a cellophane bag, then carefully wrapped in plenty of bubble wrap. She's very clean, no funky odors at all on doll or on packaging. Everything is clean the way I like it. I highly recommend this seller and would gladly buy from him again! Super fast shipping, excellent and quick friendly communication. Extremely nice to deal with! Thank you so much :) :)

This seller of course offered to take it back but sent me a refund and let me keep the piece as it was something I really wanted. We thought maybe something happened in transit although beautifully packaged for shipping. Antiques are fragile, things can happen, but this seller went above and beyond!! Much appreciated. I will definitely have this lovely piece repaired
