I would give 5 stars however even with the latest firmware and correct app settings a few times the X40 has driven right over thresholds and down stairs. I have several other dreame robots such as the L20 ultra, x40 ultra, x50 ultra, etc. Non of those models have ever fallen off a ledge or threshold before. Great seller, great packaging, however concerned on the robots falling with impassible thresholds & no go zone
