It was not the seller's fault as the post office informed delivery showed an image of the envelope intact and properly addressed. It came with a see-through protective piece that fit perfectly. Then there was a hard cardboard sealed envelope with a typed address thin cardboard piece attached securely onto the hard cardboard envelop. Barry also included a typed and signed thank you note.
