I am pleased with my purchased of this item, with only one problem is that the tripod head had no camera quick connect attachment. The listing stated one was included, but it was not included in my package. The value of this purchase was a great deal from this seller. I had to add another BOGEN Tripod head to the tripod because of not having a camera quick connect attachment was needed.
