They contacted me right away and were unaware of the reason for it themselves. Since EBay is responsible for the shipping tags, we assume there must have been an issue with the label itself for some reason. They sent it back out as soon as they got it back and I got the part very quickly. Very happy with the product and the company as a whole! Highly recommend!!

Their condition matched exactly what was shown in the listing photos — perfectly reasonable for the price. Shipping was to USAddress Inc., my Lewiston, NY, US postal destination, across the border. These Volvo C70 headlamps were professionally packed and looked exactly as pictured in the eBay listing. My offer was accepted and processed. The description indicated the headlamps were from the same VIN, meaning they would be similar in quality and aging. There were no cracks, and the clear plastic was like new. A happy Canadian/Volvo C70 and XC70 owner!
