    Acid/Alkaline - Keep Your Life Balanced

    This book is so important especially for those of us who have blood problems i.e. diabete, lymphoma, melanoma etc. The author delves deeply into the importance of keeping the critical balance of these two elements and the importance of the dire consequences when they get out of balance. Dr. Brown obviously has studied this relationship thoroughly and relates it to the consequences in specific terms and illustrations when the balance is upset. Thoroughly recommended!

    Get inflammation under control

    Essential guide to have! Keeping an acid/alkaline balance is crucial to control inflammation which affects our whole body. Book was in great shape, no markings etc.

    Great reference book for following an Alkaline diet.

    The book has a lot of good information for following an Alkaline diet. It has a table at the end with foods showing if they will make the body alkaline or acid.
