They were packaged to protect them in the postal process. We are so happy to have these. Our local station had moved Adam 12 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 AM. So I got on ebay to see if we could buy them on here. We found a wonderful seller and they got them to us so fast. It's going to take a while to get through all 7 seasons. We watched a few over the weekend. The quality of the DVDs are great. Thank You so much Great Seller A++++
