    The order arrived in a general box and not the original palm box. The original charger that comes with palm is missing and instead a generic USB to wall socket connector is provided. The cable provided does not have a button to sync data. This is misleading as the title says "New In Box Perfect Palm Tungsten E2". The Palm was fully charged which shows that somebody charged it. There is no user guide either. Please send me the proper cable to sync data and the charger.
