Seller made situation right giving me the option of refund or partial refund, I took partial as my item works as described, just missing items because of damage. Seller has great prices and puts insurance on packages without having to ask for it!!

The package came unharmed and since its a used product the box of course came in a bit roughed up, its better then described the photos don't do justice of how pristine the headphones are in person. And lastly its perfect for the amount of money I paid,the sounds nice I can hear everything clearly and it came charged with everything inside 10/10 seller honestly🎶

Basically, getting ready to have fun .

The head phones are very low and the box was damaged and it was messing some. Extra ear pieces it looked like they was use.
