My dvd was as described, it arrived on time, it was undamaged and communication was good. The seller shipped it in a bubble envelope and put a cardboard insert in with it to keep it protected during shipping. I was also told that if it arrived damaged that I would receive a free return shipping label and a full refund. That's great customer service! I recommend this seller and I would buy from them again.

I'm happy that the card back comes off with out damaged it and the figure came out easy from plastic cover. And it has a plastic outer cover can go over card back and hold figure together as well so it gives you 2 options to display so it perfect.
