    Exactly as described. VERY PROMPT shipping with EXCELLENT packing. Not only HIGHLY RECOMMEND, this seller will be my go to source for B&S parts. Two local dealers do not stock the Flywheel Puller part number 19203, and told the same thing “Our mechanics have their own tools”. While I am happy for their mechanics, that information is not useful for me. I want to support local stores, however the local store has to support me. It’s a two way street. AAA+.

    Worked in my Generac 15KW generator

    Worked flawlessly. My issue: The power kept fluctuating from 50V to 350 Volts with the original AVR and the RED LED on the AVR kept going on and off (it was bad). Once I replaced it with this upgraded unit, it worked perfectly. I just needed to adjust the Hertz and Volts. Just make sure you adjust the HERTZ frequency and Voltage according to the manual. My unit (15k genset, model 0439) was suppose to be 62 Hertz and anywhere from 245-250 volts. To adjust the hertz, connect a volt meter to the main breaker on the generator (make sure the breaker is OFF). Turn on the generator. Using a voltmeter, check the HERTZ and make sure its at 62. Then, adjust the Volts by turning the adjustment screw on the AVR until the volts are within that range of 245-250 (I set mine at 247).

    It Worked

    The Regulator fit just like the old one, wire for wire changed out so it went smoothly. The voltage adjustment went just as easy. I haven't ran it any length of time, but I am sure it will last the life of my generator.

    Exact fit for generator.

    The voltage on the generator went to 150 volts on each leg during a recent outage of the utility supply. I was lucky to be home and shut the generator down only burning up one furnace transformer. After testing the generator I determined the voltage regulator to be the only bad part. This one came with a better 10 turn pot for adjustments, fit exactly like the original VR and had the cooling fins.. Made the adjustment for the proper voltage output and ran thru a complete transfer of power. Everything worked fine.

    Took care of problem I had where voltage would not stay where I set it. was Old style VR with plastic screw

    This is the place to buy you generator parts. I called them before ordering to run by tech issue. I figured it was voltage regulator but just wanted to make sure nothing else could throw it off. Everyone i made contact with was very nice . I bought the part installed it stays at 124 now and life is good again

    Problems Solved

    Should have purchased this last year. After a year of frustration and my 15 year old 15KW Generac Guardian home generator not running right or putting out the right voltages, I discovered it had a poor internal adjusting potentiometer, I made this purchase, put it in and problem solved. This newer model voltage regulator is superior over the old model. Works GREAT now.
