I was hesitant to get these because they were so cheap but they are made really well. I overpacked them and was still able to compress and close them easily. They are just as good as ones much more expensive. Item arrived 3 days after ordered and well packed. AAA+ seller

They said they checked the details and there must be instructions in the box. I replied back if instructions and the app were in the box I wouldn't have contacted them. No response or offer of solution. Silence from them. They ship fast. Item not as listed an then the ignore the customer who is trying to get what they paid for. Terrible customer service.
