On this occasion, after a delay of several days, the item was delivered, apparently exactly as described. In the meantime, on being told of their error the seller had without being asked immediately refunded my money by way of an apology and told me to keep the item free of charge if it arrived. The original error notwithstanding, outstanding customer service thereafter.
