    Awesome

    Bought this for my home stereo which consists of a crown ce2000 amp and two MTX dual 12" floor speakers. Sounded fairly bad and saw this behringer excited and thought "for $100, I guess I'll give it a shot." And I tell you what, this thing made a night and day difference in the sound. Could not believe the difference it made. Was skeptical at first, but I am now totally sold on this. If you have any kind of pro equipment you are using for home stereo, I highly recommend getting one of these. Best $100 I ever spent on a piece of home audio equipment.

    No Harmonics Adjustments

    Easy way to improve sound quality but if you are thinking the adjustment for the HARMONICS is going to help anything, it won't.. The adjustment for the HARMONICS is like it’s just a fake knob. NO CHANGE in the sound at ANY adjustment level. I returned my first unit and got a replacement thinking I had got a defective unit but the new one is still the same. The only reason I am going to keep this is it does improve the sound quality at the top and bottom range. I use it mostly for MP3 playback but have tested it in a live environment to see if it would change the HARMONICS in the sound and found the same thing, No change at all or at least what the ear can hear. Might have a second bad unit but I don't think so. I think the knob is just there for looks. Yes, I've checked with Behringer as ...

    I watched and listened to some YouTube videos, demonstrating what this exciter module can do. It adds punch and creates additional harmonics in the upper frequencies. *Not* the same as BBE enhancer.

    Sound quality is superb

    Sounding really good this is my second I have one on my sound system and one in my studio that I’m running a sound card through and that thing slam really good bass mids and Highs it is highly recommended to anyone that needs good sound quality weather in a studio , radio station or a sound system.

    Sonic exciter

    I’m running a woofer open with no filter and this sonic exciter really allows me to dial in the sound without loosing the natural characteristics of the paper woofer. It does add a tiny bit of hiss but it’s a small price to pay for the benefits of tweaking the sound. Just to be clear this is not an EQ. It’s much more than that.
