Seller didn't ship the item until I had started to file the item as not shipped at the end of the shipping received date. Item was shipped without padding in a box. It looked nothing like the photo, it had one eye, very disturbing to look at if you're a Hello Kitty fan. Trust me I was sad that it didn't workout. There should've been a true photo of the item and selling at a lower cost.
