Contacted the seller, and they covered the cost of the damage and were very fair and fast with the refund! VERY nice and easy to work with, with GREAT COMMUNICATION!!! I HIGHLY recommend them!!! Love my purchase!!!

Unfortunately, those of us who have both shipped and received items such as speakers, know that whether or not they will survive shipping undamaged is about a 50/50 proposition at best. These were not packed very well and did not survive the shipping journey undamaged. Good item price and good shipping cost, but loosely packed in a flimsy box with little padding.
