They arrived in clean and consistent packaging that was not damaged at all. One note - the product page showed that they had a machined finish on parts of the casing, but they actually came with a hard, clear anodizing - which I prefer. They were super easy to get working with the documentation on the seller's product page. I briefly tested them, and they were very smooth. Great communication overall!!!

They responded promptly to messages, even during weekends and late at night (I usually work at night, so it is nice to have quick replies). When we weren't getting any progress with the shipping company, I was offered a full refund. I even got a coupon! TLDR: It's nice to work with a good seller who helps you fix problems.
