Due to no tracking info available in ebay or via email from seller, I reached out on 6/5, 6/6 & finally 6/12 . No response from this seller which is very poor business practice. When attempting to choose " Item has not arrived," I get this message on ebay-Your item may still be on its way-If you haven't received your item by Jun 11, go to your Purchases and find the item. Then select More actions beside the item and choose I didn't receive it to open a request. Refund please
