Simple and effective
This thing practically set itself up. I was just lucky enough to have the printer usb cable from my old dell printer in handy to set up the wifi printing. Only downside is that there is no color but honestly, this is a handy and reliable printer for students and office workers. The toner isnt over priced either. 10/10 Another word of advice, this product doesnt have a scanner or copier, so if you really want that version just pay a little extra and pick up the HL-L2380DW instead.This thing practically set itself up. I'm very pleased with my purchase. I've struggled with setting up printers in the past, but this was simple! Also, it prints clearly and quickly. I set it up to print from my phone, which is super convenient!!!!! Thanks! Also, it's a good size. Not too bulky.

5 Star Workhorse
I've had this 2360 printer a couple months. At first I needed the (free) phone support to get it wi-fi connected, took maybe 30 minutes navigating the cumbersome menus on the model's little display. Since then it hasn't required anything from me besides paper in the feeder. I keep it plugged in, it sleeps between uses but comes back up within a few seconds of clicking the "Print" button in Win10. I mostly use it to print song lyrics in my recording studio, maybe 4-5 pages/day. Quick and laser clear. A 15-pg document printed quicker than I expected. Very happy with this machine.I've had this 2360 printer a couple months. A uniquely good wifi laser printer
My advice for setup? Forget past "wi-fi" set-up experiences. Brother design engineers have ignored the precidents set by other ubiquitous wi-fi applicances. Don't fight it. Find a USB cable. Connect. Configure wifi. Install print drivers on your PCs. Done! It prints quickly. It uses toner "sparingly". Once you adapt to "it's ways", this printer is a bargin. The best part--no color ink jet cartridges. Gray tones are shades of black--not mixture of green, magenta and cyan inks made by the new generation of "smart" inkjet printers--like an "autocorrect" feature that cannot be disabled from your email, "smart phone", or wordprocessor--use of color mixtures to produce gray shades on a home office printer is bound to annoy.My advice for setup? Nice "little" printer...
I can see why some say the "install" is a pain. but, all in all, it's output is fine and the actual paper "tray" is refreshing from all the other low-end printers on the market. Buy your toner/roller sets on ebay - the factory will put you in the poor house. My initial use has been with "common copy grade paper, 20#"...nothing fancy - yet, it feeds and looks fine...I'll save the velum for my resume'...
