But the USPS managed to misroute the package, getting within 100 miles of us and then sending it on a scenic 800+ mile trip to 2 additional states (apparently their new norm) and delaying delivery to the point that we decided to make a 110+ mile round trip to our nearest Walmart to buy one as we had a customer waiting and couldn't wait longer to finish repairing their item.

Not sure what would work so I contacted Zipperstop and got a fast reply and pointed to what I needed. Had a few more questions and needs and was helped quickly. Items arrived right away, and my rain gear and I are now ready for the weather. Thanks for your help. Highly recommend!!!
