During this time, the seller was so easy to communicate with- responding to my messages immediately, and worked hard at communicating with FedEx as to where the package could be and filing a lost claim. The package arrived 3 weeks after it was expected. The item was packed very securely for all that time in shipment and is as described. So happy with it!
