USPS tracking function says that a label was created but they never actually received the item for shipping. Seller doesn't respond to questions. I have no other option than to start refund proceedings. I would use extreme caution buying from this seller. Once you are committed and have sent payment it seems that your options are limited. It seems like Ebay actually defends a bad seller and tries to limit/delay contact or interaction with
