Everything is high quality and the price was competitive. Camera and lenses are now registered for warranty with Canon, so they are not black market. The camera takes great pictures and I haven’t even started using all of the features. It will take a while to master the many features (the Advanced User Guide is 812 pages of thorough information). Shipping was timely (actually ahead of schedule). I’m satisfied.

Although the blender was completely dead on arrival. No signs of life whatsoever. Contacted seller and they asked a few basic questions. Then refunded me the full price and did not make me return the item. Disappointing but perfect resolution from the seller. A+ would buy from again.

Listed as a refurbished item, but I couldn't tell the difference between it and a new TV, except for the much lower price! I'm very happy with this seller and this purchase. I would happily buy from them again. And thank goodness the seller packed it well because FedEx ran it through the wringer for about 4 days before finally delivering it (entirely the fault of FedEx and not at all the seller).
