The material is tough (firm) and a little rubbery, not squishy, and feels like good quality. The item was wrapped in a plastic bag and sent in a cardboard bubble mailer. The Orange logo is crisp, and has a little word underneath that I can't quite make out (looks like the letters "venman"). I don't really mind though as it is the perfect gift, and Orange Amps do not make an official version of this. Good purchase!

It's pretty obvious in your pocket and not very portable. The case has definitely the protection of the AirPods as a priority, while having itself the goal to last for a long time. Thinner cases definitely don't show up as much, but they also often rip faster and don't last as long. Designs like this always require a compromise between their characteristics. I will look if I can source thinner cases. But rest assured that this case will last as long as your AirPods!
