Each item was carefully bagged, wrapped in multiple layers of padding and boxes for protection during transit. We had a shipping SNAFU early on. Once we were able to figure out our communication their customer service was excellent. They retrieved my camera from its mistaken location and 2-day shipped it to me, which I feel was an over-correction.
