The shoes were in a bag labeled six and the vendor did not look inside to note that they shoes were actually a size 8. When I notified the seller , they were quick to respond. the seller looked through their inventory and verified both by bag and by shoe that they did have a size 6. It was resent timely with a return receipt for the size 8. I would definitely purchase from this seller again.
