Used this for a Halo 3 edition Xbox 360. DVD POT 1,500ohms CD POT 560ohms worked great for me. I recommend writing down your current POT Settings from the old laser. If it hasnt been touched, this was the manufacturer recommended settings. Because this is a 3rd party replacement and not an exact match, settings may be different. Be sure sure to remove the Anti-static Solder Blob before installation.

After messing with the old laser a bunch and still getting open tray issues, this solved the problem. Swapped the new one in and now it reads games and dvds no problem.
