    Excellent manual

    I am very pleased with this purchase. The book was labeled to be on “acceptable” condition, so I was half prepared to receiving something half dilapidated. But book is on great shape!!! Content is very good also. I’ve spent 15 years training Kung Fu, personal defense and close quarters combat being a good part of it. And I’ve always felt some of my instructors and colleagues were missing understanding on some of the basic mechanics behind some techniques. This book is proving very clarifying in that sense. All this being said, I do not recommend this to the absolute beginner. It is, as the title says, meant for instructors or, at the very least, advanced students. There will be strain on muscles and tendons when training so make sure you are prepared!
