But the frame turned out to be the wrong part for our frig. Seller agreed to a credit for the frame as it was of no use to them if returned. Even with this small problem, this seller was very responsive and did a great job of working with the customer. Would gladly work with this seller in the future. Item arrived quickly and was very well packaged to prevent damage.

It was shipped quickly, packaged well, as described and shown in pics. And as usual with eBay, a great value. She’s a survivor, like me. It doesn’t matter that she’s not stainless, or that she doesn’t have WiFi… she works well and that’s enough for me. The carrier USPS sent the item on a X-country tour but the seller was very helpful and monitored the shipment. It eventually arrived. If it hadn't been for USPS issues I probably would've had the part in a couple of days instead of 10 days. But again they were very responsive and engaged. Contact them after the sale if you have specific shipping requests, they are flexible. The (used) part worked and fixed my dryer. I couldn't expect more
