    Very carefully packaged (and protected in the packaging) making sure it arrived in the same condition that it was when the seller shipped it. Item appeared as described in the item listing (in nice condition). While not exactly new, it was still in good condition and looked nice. Image quality was really good and exactly as described and desired. Good value and great seller to buy from, thanks!

    Wrong item, and seller doesn't take returns. Mainly my fault, searched on Ebay for a Dell 2007 fpb and Ebay showed this one in the short list and I didn't catch that it was a Wfpb in a fairly long description, which is a slightly smaller unit. Product works great, good shipping, so nothing at all against seller. Just not what I needed. Lesson learned, don't buy from sellers who don't take returns and really check the description since what you search for may not be what's shown.

    Good value, matches my existing monitor.

    I wanted this monitor as it is the same model as one I already use with my workstation at home, and I wanted to add a monitor. It was received in good order (albeit packet in those despicable packing peanuts, which get into every port, and stick to everything in sight...). There was one small scratch on the LCD screen, and two spots of obvious image burn-in. Functions as expected, though it was shipped with a daisy-chain power cable in lieu of the expected cable to an AC outlet (no biggie - I have plenty, plus I now have a daisy-chain power cable...) Would I have been happier without the two defects? Yes. Yes I would. Am I satisfied for the price paid? Again: yes.

    This is the BEST monitor I EVER had and I am PICKY PICKY PICKY!

    Can't believe the superb quality of these monitors. I am VERY particular and picky on the monitors I use and these are the best I have ever seen.

    Great monitor but no hdmi input was a bummer

    Was really surprised and disappointed that there was only analog inputs on here. No HDmi like the older but almost identical version Dell monitors I have didn't allow me to run sli on it. Other than that it's a good monitor.

    Great monitor

    The Dell U2413 is a great monitor with lots of features, Adobe RGB and sRGB presets, 9 in 1 card reader, 16:10 ratio, and a very sturdy stand that swivels and rotates. This monitor has excellent color reproduction with bright saturated colors. It has plenty of connections, HDMI, Displayport, DVI-D, and an 3.5mm audio jack. I would recommend this monitor to anyone looking for a color accurate monitor. Because of the high response time I would not recommend this monitor for serious computer gamers.
