It is designed well and seems well made except the threaded screw is a little curved. It wobbles slightly as it is turned. I haven’t used it yet but it should work for me. Having bought two other types of spring compressors one of which wouldn’t work at all and another that was poorly designed and somewhat dangerous I am hopeful this one will work. I only wish I had bought this one first.

A few pictures of the tool’s implementation would facilitate its use. Does the job!

Out of the bunch, we received one bag that the sealing strip was not sealed at the top of the container. We asked for a replacement however the supplier had no individual bags and instead provided us a $2.00 refund which was above and beyond their responsibility. Nice product and great customer service.

When I received the item at the PO it was just an empty envelope. Obviously stolen in the mail. Upon contacting the seller, I was told I'd receive a replacement. In no time at all here it is! Seller was very responsive and answered my questions and ultimately the request for refund very quickly. I'm sorry this transaction did not work out but it wasn't the sellers fault.
