Easy to set-up and does the job, but expect more for the price
Overall I think this is a well built product and set-up was a snap. I also think the Linksys mobile application is simple to use and intuitive (for advanced users might be too simplistic). It is nice have multiple LAN ports on the nodes and I haven't noticed any issues resulting from my current configuration. That said, I have three issues that keep me from giving it 5-Stars. First, the price is ridiculous (especially if you need to buy more than one). Second, the coverage distance between the nodes is "okay", but not impressive. I have two MX5300 connected to an MR9600 and had to move the nodes fairly close to get strong signal. To be fair, Linksys does recommend the nodes be about two rooms apart with as few obstructions between them as possible (i.e., walls, concrete, etc). ... Linksys Velop - good but far from great
Linksys Velop app, which is the only way to configure the unit is terrible and requires much more time than expected to setup the device. Also, some of the advertised features such as disabling internet access for a selected device (children in my case) does not work and support confirmed it does not work. The device itself, once configured has worked well over the past week

Love this router!
Purchased this to dump my Eero. I love the additional ports, which allowed me to disconnect my switch. WiFi 6 is awesome on my iPhone. The app is OK and it was tough to troubleshoot an issue with emails and changing a setting. I stream a lot of content and use a Sonos WiFi surround system, the speed has been spot on!

Three steps forward, two steps back
While AX technology is a step forward, the features, both routing and wireless, are quite rudimentary. Coming from an Apple AirPort Extreme, the incremental benefit is quite limited. A lot could be addressed with more sophisticated software as the hardware is solid.

Great product.
Like the increased range and the router has a very good 2.2ghz Qualcomm chip. This is a great combination for my wired and wireless networks.
