      It's not a brand new headset. Probably refurbished.

      It came in a clear plastic bag and not in the original retail packaging or like how it's shown in the video. It is also missing two clear earbuds - small and large. It only came with one earbud - medium. Unfortunately, I would perfer the small earbud for my ears. It also shows sign of wear - very fine scratches on the back of the headset. Refurbished? It is a small and very light headset. Very easy to pair with all my bluetooth devices. Overall I like the headset.

      A decent product

      The device works well. Easy to set up and use. The voice prompt is a female voice with a British accent. The only downside is the short battery life (5 hour talk time).

      Should gave paid better attention

      It works great and I have no issues with it not being brand new. But I wish they would have cleaned it properly. When I first inspected it once I got it, it looks as thou some ear wax was still on the ear piece. But shipping was great, it came days ahead of schedule.

      not all of these models work properly

      The one currently in use is a great Bluetooth. This is my 4th copy of this product. The first 2 were M55 models both suddenly stopped working close to the same time. My new replacement a plantronics M155 currently operates correctly. I purchased another one in white. Upon receipt of this purchase I found it would not charge up. Would not pair with my phone and wouldn't even turn on ! I requested a refund and will await to see if this refund appears on my account. No, I cannot give this item even a favorable recommendation .

      Nice headset

      Nice headset, but ear loop being hard plastic & not gel, hurts your ear. Plus, volume is tricky because if put on MAX sometimes it is clear & sometimes it is static-filled. Online review says 11 hour charge, but this only charges to 5 hour
