Headphones had a name already, which would only be if they'd been used. Perhaps the 1yr non-OEM/3rd Party warranty was the reason to list as OB, but nevertheless knowing they're used makes me suspect some subtle issue that may be noticed only after some regular use, so will be monitoring over the next 30 days. I am happy this seller offers free returns. We'll see!

When i got it and realized it wasn't, I contacted the seller and they helped me swap the phone with one that met my needs! Absolutely incredible customer service, I will absolutely come back next time I need a phone. Everything is just as it was listed, the phone is in perfect quality.
