The first package was lost by the post office and I contacted this seller and they got another one in the mail right away and they used a different carrier for shipping just to make sure I got it. I would highly recommend this saler and I would definitely order from them again. Thank you

Second thing was how well this THIN head gasket was packed to prevent damage. Obviously experienced, responsible shippers. Would use this seller again without hesitation.

I reached out to this seller in advance but they didn't know if there would be any installation hardware included, so I chose to 'roll the dice' and see what arrived.
